There are so many great opportunities for fishing here on the Kenai Peninsula – call us in advance and we can help you book the perfect fishing trip, or any other excursion you are dreaming of (last minute bookings are difficult during peak times). If you are looking for a self-guided fishing plan, we have maps for that too. We also have 3 commercial fish cleaning stations and dedicated guest chest freezers on-site to make your stay the BEST!!

We have an Artesian well with Tannin Water. The water is a little tea colored due to organic staining from vegetation. Many consider it to have medicinal value. It is tested and is safe for drinking.

We have two onsite laundry facilities with hours from 7 am to 10 pm daily.

Yes it’s open to our guests 24/7. Please come and enjoy the view of the Kenai River estuary, tidal flats, and active Alaska volcanoes.

We recommend 4-6 weeks for June and August, but unless an event is happening there is usually space for drop-ins. July 10-31 reservations should be 3 to 6 months in advance, but we sometimes have a few days here or there in full hook-up or overflow parking in the pasture for last minute requests. We will do our best to accommodate everyone.

We currently do allow a $100 lock fee for specific site otherwise ALL the information you wrote is correct.

All of our RV sites feature 30/50-amp electrical hookups, sewer, and potable artesian well water. Our pull-through supersize sites accommodate rigs up to 65+ feet with multi-slideouts and tow vehicles.

We have a great designated tent camping area on a scenic grassy bluff with a community campfire pit and short walk to the bathhouse. We also allow you to set up a tent in your RV site with an associated camping fee.

Some of our lodging units are pet friendly (but not all) with a $25/night fee and minimum 2 night stay.

Yes, we are located just off a beautiful bike path with access to over 20 miles of scenic riding around Kenai and Soldotna. We also feature an on-site regulation pickleball & basketball court and children’s playground for outdoor recreation.
