Official Reservation & Cancellation Policy
“At the time of reservation we require full payment for one-night stays, otherwise a 50% deposit. Balance is due at check in. A reservation must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled day of arrival for any refund. All cancellations will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. All requests within 30 days of the reservation and July reservations are not eligible for refunds. Reservations will not be credited for a late arrival or early departure.”
Full 100% payment is required at booking for 1-night reservations. Multi-night reservations require a 50% deposit. Remaining balances are collected upon arrival at check-in.
Cancellations submitted at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date are eligible for a refund, less a 20% administrative cancellation fee.
Due to peak sockeye salmon run demand, all July reservations and any cancellation requests made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Reservations will not be credited or refunded for delayed arrivals or early departures regardless of travel conditions or fishing results.
