Covid Cancelation policy:  First and foremost, we here at the Diamond M Ranch Resort hope that you and your family are in a safe place and unaffected by the covered virus itself.  These are very uncertain times and many of you are wondering what your options are around canceling your stay here with us.  In a perfect world, we would be able to give you a full refund, but this is not a perfect world and we are struggling just like you.  We’ve laid off our entire workforce.  We have eliminated all non-essential expenditures here at the resort.  We understand that for many of our guest’s travel will not be possible this year.  We would like nothing more than to offer a full refund, but the reality is that if we want to be around for future visits we cannot give refunds.  We are issuing credits for future stays and if you don’t see a trip to Kenai as a possibility in your future, we would be happy to issue a gift certificate for you to share with a friend or family member.  We understand that it’s not your fault that you have to cancel and we hope that you understand that, while our business model allows for calculations, it didn’t factor in a pandemic with 100% cancelations. This is unlike anything anyone could ever have anticipated.  We care about each and every one of you and look forward to seeing you in the future.

Reservation and Cancelation Policy:  At the time of reservation we require full payment for one-night stays, otherwise a 50% deposit. Balance is due at check in.  A reservation must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled day of arrival for any refund.  All cancellations will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. All requests within 30 day of the reservation and July reservations are not eligible for refunds.  Reservations will not be credited for a late arrival or early departure.”
